CSA-A277 Certification: A Guarantee of Quality and Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Urben Blu<\/strong>, we are proud that all of our prefabricated buildings are CSA-A277 certified<\/strong>, a nationally recognized standard in Canada for factory-built buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lack of CSA-A277 certification isn\u2019t just a technicality<\/strong>: it carries significant legal, operational, regulatory, and commercial consequences.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of a public tender, the manufacturer must hold this certification before the closing of said tender.
To be compliant, it is therefore necessary to include a specific clause in public tenders stating that the product must be CSA-A277 certified and that the bidder must include a copy of the manufacturer’s factory certification (name and address of the manufacturing plant) in their submission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
